RHCI therapists and patients recently demonstrated the benefits of treatment with Wii video technology to help patients recover from stroke, brain injury and other conditions. Janine Annis-Young, speech and language pathologist, Matthew Keilty, occupational therapist, and Kathleen Withers, physical therapist, described how therapy with Wii can help patients improve balance and coordination, strength and endurance, perceptual and thinking skills.
