Wheelchair/Equipment Clinic

• Comprehensive assessment of patients to determine their individual mobility needs
• Team collaboration with outside vendors and experienced clinicians to promote household and community mobility with the appropriate equipment
• Wheelchair evaluation includes customized seating and positional systems
• Expert fitting to promote optimal musculoskeletal alignment
• Follow-up visits as needed for trial of recommended equipment

The Wheelchair/Equipment Clinic is offered every other Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Sandwich.
