healthPLUS Wellness Programs

In addition to traditional rehabilitation services, SCC offers healthPLUS, wellness programming designed to enhance independence and quality of life. A referral from physician is not generally required, though some programs may require a physician's approval. These programs are generally not reimbursable by insurance; participants are responsible for payment at time of registration.
