roadSMART Driver Assessment Program

A driver assessment program to help individuals whose driving ability has been compromised by illness, injury or normal aging or who have had a recent change in status that could affect their ability to operate a motor vehicle.
90-minute evaluation of visual, physical and cognitive abilities essential to safe driving
Assessment of readiness to return to driving, including recommendations for adaptations and other compensatory strategies
Service is not affiliated with the Registry of Motor Vehicles and cannot alter RMV decisions, but staff are required to report results to the RMV.
Self-pay program. Cost not covered by insurance. Please call for fee schedule.
