 Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician

Jay Rosenfeld, MD, is a physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (Physiatry) and Pain Management.  He attended Boston University School of Medicine, interned at Tufts University Medical School in Boston, and was Chief Resident at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.  Dr. Rosenfeld joined RHCI when the hospital opened in 1995 and served as its first medical director.  He is board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation as well as Pain Medicine.  Since changing to an outpatient practice several years ago, Dr. Rosenfeld has pursued advanced training in the treatment of back and neck pain.   Read about his approach to treatment.

Site Manager

Jeffrey Skeiber, MSPT, MBA, is Site Manager for RHCI-Plymouth.  A resident of Pembroke, Jeff has been a physical therapist for 13 years, most recently servicing as site manager for the RHCI-Yarmouth Outpatient Rehabilitation Center of Cape Cod.  Jeff holds an MS in Physical Therapy from Boston University and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Boston.  His interests include the treatment of cervical and lumbar dysfunction.  Jeff has treated both professional and collegiate athletes.  As an avid runner, he regularly participates in road races and has completed two marathons.


Therapy Staff

Dan Biagini, PT, joined RHCI in 1996 after graduating from Northeastern University with a BS in Physical Therapy.  Dan has advanced training as an Ergonomics Assessment Specialist and is certified in vestibular assessment and rehabilitation.  Dan's special interests include orthopedics, prosthetics, and pulmonary rehabilitation.  Dan is a Marshfield resident.
   

Robert Correia, PTA, has been on staff at RHCI since 1998.  Bob holds a BS in Physical Education from Bridgewater State College and received his AS as a Physical Therapy Assistant from Massasoit Community College in 1998.  Bob is a Core Conditioning Specialist and Lifestyle and Weight Management Specialist with the National Endurance and Sports Trainers Association.  In addition, he is a Strength Training Specialist with the International Weightlifting Association and a Golf Conditioning Specialist with GMP Fitness.  Bob has instructed in martial arts and coached youth baseball.

   
Rachael Moody, OT/L, CHT, is a Certified Hand Therapist who has been treating for nineteen years.  Rachael obtained her BS in Occupational Therapy from Boston University in 1990.
   
Kelly Rascoe Brooks, SL/P, is a speech and language pathologist with more than 13 years experience.  Kelly received a BS in Communication Disorders and MS in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Rhode Island.   Kelly specializes in treating patients with neurologic disorders, brain injury and dysphagia.  She is certified in Vital Stim therapy for the improvement of swallowing.  Kelly is a resident of Plymouth.
   

Julie Reynolds, BA, LMT, is a licensed massage therapist.  After graduating from Mount St. Mary College in New York with a degree in Psychology, Julie completed studies at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2008 to become nationally board certified in massage therapy.  She specializes in Swedish, Trigger Point, Sports (pre-/post-event), Deep Tissue, Pregnancy and Chair massage.  Julie is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and a hospice volunteer.
