Susan Ehrenthal, M.D., Staff Physiatrist

Site Manager

Diane O'Connell, PT:  Diane received her B.S. in Physical Therapy from Marquette University. She joined Spaulding Cape Cod in 2006.  Diane has worked in outpatient therapy for many years and her areas of interest include general orthopedics and vestibular rehabilitation.

Therapy Staff

Irene Anderson, PT:  Irene earned her B.S. in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University. She has been employed at Spaulding since 2004.  Irene has previous clinical experience in acute care, including acute rehab. Her area of interest is general orthopedics.
   
Laura Chason, DPT:   Laura graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a B.S. in Kinesiology and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Rhode Island.
   

Laurie Cranshaw, PT:  Laurie received her B.S. in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College and has been a physical therapist at Spaulding for more than 10 years.  She was previously Site Coordinator of Spaulding's Orleans and Yarmouth clinics.  Laurie’s areas of interest and specialization are in orthopedic and spine disorders.

   
Melissa Davis, MSPT:  Melissa holds both her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University. She specializes in orthopedics, adaptive sports and general sports rehabilitation. Melissa has run the Boston Marathon and is a volunteer for wheelchair softball and basketball teams.
   
Lee LaCroix, M.S., CCC-SLP:  Lee received her M.S. in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Rhode Island in 1993. Lee has extensive clinical experience and has been with Spaulding since 2002. Certified in Lee Silverman Voice Training. she specializes in adult neurological speech language pathology such as stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, and traumatic brain injury.
   
Gwen Mendoza, DPT:  Gwen received her B.S. in General Health Sciences and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 1999. Her experience includes a year of residency at the Institute of Manual Orthopaedic Training/  Gwem joined Spaulding  in 2004 where she has specialized in orthopedics and women’s health.
   
Amy Siebert, MSPT:  Amy obtained her M.S. in Physical Therapy from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in 1998 and has been with Spaulding since that time. Her area of specialization is in general orthopedics with special interest in foot, ankle and shoulder therapy, and vestibular rehabilitation. Amy is a Clinical Instructor and enjoys participating in PT student training and education.
   
James Zschau, MSPT:  Jamie earned his M.S. in Physical Therapy from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in 1999.  His extensive experience has led to specialization in sports injuries, especially those related to running, throwing activities and golf; he has treated high school and college athletes. Jamie has completed several continuing education courses for the orthopedic population and a Parkinson’s seminar. As a runner, he has completed four marathons and multiple road races and has a personal interest in nutrition. Jamie is involved in a proposed gait analysis and development of an SCC running clinic.
