Maureen Banks

Ms. Banks is President of Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cape Cod, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital North Shore, Spaulding Hospital Cambridge and Chief Operating Officer of Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Boston and the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network.  She has an extensive and varied background in nursing and healthcare leadership troughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, Virginia and New Hampshire.  She has held senior administrative positions in academic medical center, home care and community hospitals and faculty appointments in graduate and undergraduate programs.

Ms. Banks has been active in professional organizations, serving in several capacities for the Massachusetts Organization of Nurse Executives, including President.  She is a board member of ACCESO, a humanitarian organization building bridges between the people of Cuba and the U.S., and she has had various volunteer positions with the American Cancer Society.

Stephanie Nadolny, MHA

Stephanie joined RHCI in 1997 as the Director of Inpatient Programs. Her previous experience includes serving as Rehabilitation Program Director for Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. Her clinical background is in Therapeutic Recreation.

As Vice President of Clinical Services, Stephanie had responsibility for overseeing inpatient services, ancillary services (pharmacy, radiology, respiratory), risk management, quality management, medical records, admissions/patient care coordination, purchasing, dietary and environmental services.

In October 2010, Stephanie assumed responsibility for day-to-day operations in her new role as Vice President of Hospital Operations.

Martha Hunter, R.N., B.S.N., M.B.A.

Martha began her nursing career at U-Mass. Memorial Health Center in the maternal-infant division, where her positions included Assistant Nurse Manager and Director of Case Management.  During her years at Brigham and Women's Hospital, she served as Program Manager for Professional Development and she was responsible for key quality improvement initiatives and programs to enhance patient care.

Director of Community Relations
Carole A. Stasiowski

Education

Graduate School: M.A., Trinity College, Hartford, CT

Carole began her career in health care public relations at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, Hartford, CT, where she held various positions culminating in the Director of Public Relations. Before joining RHCI when the hospital opened in 1995, she worked as a freelance writer specializing in health care for clients in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Carole is responsible for directing the hospital's community relations and marketing activities, including media relations, advertising, community outreach and public relations activities.

Anne Walker, MHA

Anne has many years experience in non-profit management of health and human services.  Prior to coming to RHCI she worked as the Admissions Director for The Boston Center for Rehabilitation and Subacute Care for the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network.  At Ethos, an elder services agency in Boston, Anne served as Community Relations Director for seven years.

John Campbell

John brings over 20 years of healthcare IT experience to his current role, including positions with hospitals, payers, provider management groups, healthcare software vendors, consulting and pharmacy benefit firms.  John has served for organizations including BCBSMA, CVS Pharmacies/PharmaCare, Caritas Christi Information Services Inc., CareGroup Provider Service Network, and InterQual/McKesson.  Additionally, John serves on the Board of Directors of Opencape and is adjunct instructor in Northeastern University's Healthcare Informatics Graduate Certificate Program.
